Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 Garlic clove
- 3 cm fresh ginger
- 200 ml apple cider vinegar
- 50 g Raisins
- 150 g sugar
- Salt
- curry powder

Peel the bananas and slice them. Peel the mangoes, remove the flesh from the pit, and dice. Wash the chili pepper, halve it, deseed, and finely chop. Peel the garlic and ginger and finely chop them as well.

Combine all prepared ingredients with vinegar, raisins, and sugar in a pot and bring to a boil while stirring. Simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and curry powder, then transfer into a prepared jar.
