  • 3 chicories (2 red)
  • 2 Apples
  • 100 g Gorgonzola (45% fat in cream)
  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • 150 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp sharp mustard
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Clean, wash and cut the chicory into individual leaves, removing the stems. Wash the apples, halve them, core them, and cut into pieces. Cube the cheese. Roughly chop the walnut kernels.

    Whisk together yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the dressing. Toss the chicory leaves with apple pieces and walnuts in a salad bowl. Sprinkle the cheese cubes on top and serve the dressing separately.
