Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 lemon (unprocessed)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 400 ml Chicken broth
- 250 g broccoli florets
- 250 g carrots
- 250 g Sugar snap peas
- 1 onion
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp chives
Instructions

Wash the lemon, slice into 8 thin rounds and place in a greased baking dish.

Cut the chicken breast fillets crosswise in half, season with pepper, lay on the lemon slices, drizzle with lemon juice, pour in 125 ml broth.

Clean, wash, and chop the vegetables.

Peel and dice the onion, cut carrots into strips; cook with the remaining vegetables in broth for about 10 minutes.

Grill the meat in a preheated oven at 250°C (high heat) or under the grill for about 8-10 minutes.

Remove, season with salt, sprinkle chives, arrange on lemon slices and serve with the vegetables.
