Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (pre-cooked, 1.2 kg)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 untreated lemon
- 400 g Potatoes
- 4 small chorizo sausages (≈100 g each)
- 1 bunch thyme
- 1 head garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for greasing the pan)
- 150 ml poultry broth

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) with upper/lower heat. Wash and pat dry the chicken, then cut into eight pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the lemon under hot water and cut into eighths. Peel, wash, and halve the potatoes. Remove the chorizo from its casing. Rinse the thyme and shake off excess moisture.

Place the chicken parts together with the lemon slices, potatoes, chorizo, garlic cloves, and thyme in a greased baking dish. Pour in the broth and bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
