Ingredients
- 3 stalks leeks
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped almond kernels
- 2 tbsp butter
- a splash white wine
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 4 leaves wild garlic
- Salt
- white pepper
Instructions

Wash the leeks, trim them, cut crosswise into thirds and lengthwise in half. Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop them. Sauté the leeks and garlic together in hot butter.

Add the almonds and deglaze with white wine. Pour in the vegetable broth and sprinkle the chopped herbs over the top. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Season with salt and white pepper, then serve.
