Ingredients

  • 700 g mixed fresh forest mushrooms (e.g., wood champignons, boletus, chanterelles)
  • 3 shallots
  • 100 g smoked ham
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 12 sprigs marjoram
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Clean the mushrooms and cut them smaller if needed. Peel the shallots.

    Dice the bacon, fry it in a pan, add the shallots while cooking, remove the bacon, add butter and roughly chopped herbs, then sauté the mushrooms over high heat until liquid evaporates.

    Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle the bacon on top, and serve.
