Ingredients
- 8 medium-sized starchy cooking potatoes
- Salt
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- 200 g Sour Cream
- oil (for brushing)

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pierce them several times with a fork. Prepare 8 sheets of aluminum foil (about 15x15 cm) and brush one side with oil. Place the potatoes on the foil, sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds, then fold the edges over to seal around the potatoes. Lay the packets on the grill edge and cook for about 45-60 minutes, turning occasionally. The potatoes are done when a skewer inserted into the center comes out soft.

Open the packages before serving, gently break open the foil potato from the grill, season with salt, fill with sour cream, and serve immediately.
