Ingredients
- 2 stalks leeks
- 2 red bell peppers
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 0.5 bunch thyme
Instructions

Clean the leeks, cut them lengthwise in half, wash thoroughly and slice into thin strips. Cut the bell pepper in half, clean, wash and dice it. Clean the mushrooms, optionally rub off dirt, and slice them.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté the vegetables over high heat while stirring for 3 minutes until they brown sharply. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder, then cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
