- 1 piece cucumber
- 50 g meat loaf (1 small slice)
- 1 egg
- 50 g yogurt
- 50 g sour cream
- 0.25 red bell pepper
- 1 pickled cucumber
- 2 tsp pickle liquid
- 1 tsp oil
- mini pretzel rolls

Cut the meat loaf with a flower-shaped cutter, dice the remainder into small cubes and place in a bowl. Wash and cube the bell pepper piece, dice the pickles, add both to the bowl. Mix with yogurt and sour cream, season with pickle liquid.

In a pan, fry the fried egg and the meat loaf over low heat slowly. Carve cucumber stalks and leaves, arrange on a plate. Pour the dip into a cup. Place the meat loaf flower on the cucumber stalk. Carefully cut the fried egg with a round cutter, place it on the meat loaf, serve with pretzel rolls.
