Leafy Salad with Strawberries and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 400 g goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 250 g leafy greens
  • 300 g strawberries (more if desired)
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp mustard
  • 5 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Mix goat cheese with chives, olive oil and a pinch of pepper.

    Wash, clean, rinse the salad leaves, spin dry and tear into bite‑sized pieces.

    Wash, clean and slice strawberries lengthwise or quarter them.

  4. 4.

    Whisk vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; whisk in olive oil until emulsified and taste.

    Arrange salad and strawberries on a plate. Form small balls from the cheese mixture and place on top of the greens. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
