Ingredients

  • 4 chicories
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 300 g quark
  • 0.5 bunch Chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp broth
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 200 g Sour Cream
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 3 sprigs dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Trim about 2 cm off the chicory stems, wash the loose leaves and hearts. Wash, trim, slice thinly and lightly salt the radishes.

    Wash the chives, dry and shake them, cut into rolls and mix with salt, pepper and broth into the quark; season to taste.

  3. 3.

    Wash the dill, dry and shake it, finely chop and combine with sour cream, yogurt, salt and pepper; season to taste.

    Remove the chicory stems from the salad heart and place one heart in the center of each plate. Arrange the chicory leaves around in a circle. Spoon quark onto every second leaf, topping the remaining leaves with sour cream.

    Sprinkle the salad plates with chives and walnuts before serving.
