- 0.5 head frisée lettuce
- 1 bunch arugula
- Radicchio leaf
- 1 cup spinach (tender and fresh)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch sugar
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Wash, rinse, dry, and cut the salads into bite-sized pieces.
