  • 0.5 head Lollo Rosso
  • 0.5 head frisée lettuce
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • Radicchio leaf
  • 1 cup spinach (tender and fresh)
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions
