Ingredients

  • 300 g mixed leafy greens of choice (e.g., Lollo Rosso, Lollo Verde, Frisee, Rucola, dandelion, lamb's lettuce… )
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 8 slices goat soft cheese
  • oil (for the tray)

Instructions

    Clean, wash, dry, and tear the greens into bite‑size pieces.

    Whisk together the vinegar, orange juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and olive oil until emulsified; taste and adjust seasoning.
