Ingredients

  • 12 scallops (only muscle meat)
  • 0.5 red bell pepper
  • 0.5 yellow bell pepper
  • 200 g leaf salad (e.g., arugula, oakleaf lettuce...)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • butter flake

Instructions

    Slice bell peppers into fine strips. Wash and dry the salad. From 4 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp vinegar, salt and pepper make a vinaigrette. Mix salad, peppers and vinaigrette.

    Season scallops lightly with salt and pepper and sprinkle thyme leaves. Under the hot oven grill (250°C), brown for 3-4 min with butter flakes. Arrange salad with scallops on plates and serve immediately.
