Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb rack (ready to cook)
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 3 rosemary sprigs
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 220°C fan-forced.

    Wash the meat and cut it into four equal pieces. Peel and crush the garlic. Wash the rosemary, pat dry, and place it with the olive oil and garlic in a baking dish. Put the lamb rack on top and bake for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the seasoned oil. Finally season with salt and pepper.

    Serve the lamb chops on plates and optionally garnish with hummus and beans.
