Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb meat (from the leg without bone)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper (ground)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • wood skewers

Instructions

    Cut the meat into bite‑size cubes, removing any tendons and fat, and thread onto the skewers.

    Whisk together salt, pepper, lemon juice, oregano, and oil. Place the meat skewers in a shallow dish, brush with the marinade, cover, and let rest 2–3 hours.

    Remove the skewers from the marinade, drain excess oil, and grill over high heat for 6–8 minutes on all sides, or pan‑fry until browned.
