Lamb Minced Skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of white bread
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 large onion
  • 800 g lamb mince
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • ground cumin

Instructions

    Drain the white bread and dice it small. Soak in lukewarm water. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and finely chop. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Combine with the parsley and squeezed-out bread with the lamb mince. Add the egg and knead into a smooth meat mixture. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and cumin. Shape about 8 elongated kafta, skewer and press down. Grill on a hot grill, turning all around for 8-10 minutes.
