Ingredients
- 2 slices of white bread (from yesterday)
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp butter
- 500 g lamb minced meat
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon powder
- 0.25 tsp Cumin Powder
- 0.25 tsp clove powder
- 0.5 tsp thyme
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- butterclarified oil for frying
- 300 g yogurt
- 16 skewers

Soak the bread. Peel and finely dice the onions. Sauté the onions in hot butter. Squeeze out excess liquid from the bread and mix with onions, parsley, lamb mince, egg, and spices; knead well.

Shape 16 small elongated rolls. Fry them in hot oil or clarified butter for about 10 minutes until golden all around, then thread onto skewers and serve hot with yogurt.
