Grilled Meat and Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients

  • 700 g pork neck
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 50 ml sunflower oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 large orange bell pepper
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 2 Spring Onions

Instructions

    Cut the pork neck into large cubes. Mix the Worcestershire sauce with honey and oil in a small bowl, add a pinch of salt and lightly pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the zucchini, trim ends, and slice into thick rounds. Wash spring onions and cut into 5 cm long pieces.

    Thread the meat alternately with zucchini slices, bell pepper pieces, and spring onion segments onto skewers and grill slowly over a hot charcoal grill for about 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
