Ingredients
- ca. 550 g New Zealand lamb fillet (ca. 8 pieces; frozen)
- 6 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves (coarsely chopped)
- Basil
- 125 g soft butter
- Salt
- zest of half an organic orange
- 300 g thick beans (frozen)
- 200 g princess beans
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Shallot
- 4 tbsp light balsamic vinegar
- black pepper
Instructions

Scrape off the lamb marinades. Skewer pieces, season with salt and pepper. In a hot pan sear all around for about 2 minutes each side.

Arrange on the salad, drizzle some basil butter over them. Serve with toasted white bread.
