Ingredients

  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 2 slices salmon fillet (50 g each)
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.5 baguette
  • 40 g herb butter
  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 50 g shrimp in oil (drained)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 150 g herb crème fraîche

Instructions

    Halve the fish pieces and drizzle with lemon. Slice the bread, spread with herb butter. Cut tomatoes into slices, remove seeds, brush with oil. Pat the fish dry, brush with oil.

    Sprinkle salt on a preheated hot stone. Roast tomatoes, fish, shrimp, and bread on it. Season with pepper. Top the breads and serve with crème fraîche.
