- 2 handfuls Japanese daikon radish sprouts
- 300 g smoked salmon (thin slices)
- plastic wrap
- rice crackers
- sour cream
- sprouts
- 2 firm ripe tomatoes
Instructions

Lay a long strip of plastic wrap on the work surface. Arrange the salmon slices in a brick‑like pattern to form a rectangle about 36 x 10 cm.

Wash, dry, and shake the sprouts; bundle them evenly along the length of the salmon. Press together and roll with the help of the wrap.

Place the sour cream in a freezer bag and cut off a small corner.

Spoon a small dollop of sour cream onto each rice cracker, slice the salmon rolls into 10–12 pieces, and place one roll on each cracker.

Wash the tomatoes and use a fine‑sliced knife to cut thin strips from them.

Arrange the rolls on a plate with a dab of sour cream per roll and garnish with sprout leaves before serving.
