Ingredients
- 2 kohlrabi
- 1 walnut-sized truffle (e.g., summer truffle)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Trim the young greens off the kohlrabi and set aside. Peel the kohlrabi and shave it into very thin slices with a mandoline. Arrange on four large plates or platters.

Clean the truffle thoroughly and shave it finely with a truffle shaver. Insert between the kohlrabi slices and garnish with the kohlrabi leaves.
