Ingredients
- 40 g raisins
- 40 g pine nuts
- 4 Spring Onions
- 1 Garlic clove
- 600 g ground meat (beef or lamb)
- 100 g yogurt
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Soak the raisins in lukewarm water for about 30 minutes. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown, then remove and let cool.

Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into thin rings; set aside some green parts for garnish. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Combine the ground meat, spring onions, soaked raisins, pine nuts, yogurt, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Season with allspice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper, then knead into a well-formed mixture. Shape small balls from the mixture and fry them in hot oil for 5–6 minutes until golden.

Sprinkle with the reserved spring onion greens before serving.
