Kleine Zwetschgendatschi

Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 250 ml warm milk
- 125 g soft butter
- 100 g sugar
- Salt
- 800 g plums
- 50 g clarified butter
- 50 g rusks
- flour (for the work surface)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (to dust)
Instructions

Knead flour, dry yeast, milk, fat, 50 g sugar and salt into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes.

Clean, wash, halve and pit the plums. Melt clarified butter and finely crumble rusks in a freezer bag. Mix rusks and clarified butter in a bowl and let cool.

Divide the yeast dough into 12 equal portions, shape into balls and roll flat on a floured surface to about 10 cm diameter.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press plums into the dough and cover again for about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle the tarts with remaining sugar and rusk crumbs and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (gas stove: level 2) for about 15 minutes. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
