Kiwi- and Grape Smoothie

A delicious and easy way to get your daily dose of vitamin C!

Ingredients

  • 2 Kiwis
  • 300 g seedless green grapes
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp acacia honey
  • 400 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 12 ice cubes

Instructions

    Wash the kiwis, dry them, peel, cut in half lengthwise and slice. Set aside 4 slices for garnish.

    Wash the grapes and let them drain. Reserve 4 grapes for garnish, halve the rest, put them in a blender and blend finely. Strain the grape puree through a sieve.

    Add the kiwi, grape puree, lemon juice, acacia honey, yogurt and ice cubes to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into four glasses, garnish each with half a kiwi slice and grapes, and serve immediately.
