Ingredients

  • 400 g kefir
  • 200 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
  • 200 g fruit muesli (unsweetened)
  • 2 Stalks Mint
  • 200 g sea buckthorn
  • 4 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

    Whisk kefir and yogurt together until smooth.

    Place the muesli in four deep bowls and spread the kefir yogurt over it. Wash, dry, shake off excess water from the mint leaves and chop them finely. Sprinkle the chopped mint over the yogurt.

    Wash the sea buckthorn berries, pat them dry, and distribute them evenly over the kefir yogurt. Drizzle each bowl with 1 tsp maple syrup.
