Ingredients
- 500 g Kefir
- 300 g yogurt
- 4 EL oatmeal flakes
- 2 EL lemon juice
- 1 TL lemon zest
- 4 EL honey
- 300 g apricots
- 200 g Raspberries
- Zitronenmelisse (for garnish)
Instructions

Whisk kefir and yogurt with oatmeal flakes, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey until well combined.

Wash apricots, halve them, pit, and cut into wedges. Rinse raspberries briefly and pat dry gently.

Spread the cold kefir mixture on a plate, arrange apricot wedges and raspberries on top, and garnish with lemon balm leaves.
