Ingredients

  • 150 g onions
  • 25 g fresh ginger
  • 3 red chili peppers
  • 1 kg ground beef
  • 100 g Ground Almonds
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 20 wooden skewers
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

    Peel onions, ginger and garlic. Finely chop the onions. Press the ginger and garlic through a press. Wash the chili peppers, cut them lengthwise, deseed, remove the white membrane and dice finely.

    Combine everything with ground beef, almonds, egg and yogurt. Season generously with spices.

    Shape the meat mixture into 3 cm balls. Skewer four per stick. Place skewers on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (top rack) for about 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.

    Remove from oven and arrange on a platter.
