Kale Chips

Crispy kale chips from Spoonsparrow as a light and healthy snack or for between meals are always good!

Ingredients

  • 200 g kale leaves
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash the kale leaves, tear into pieces and place in a large bowl. Add coconut oil and knead the leaves well until they are soft and evenly coated with oil.

    Sprinkle the kale leaves with the spices and mix thoroughly.

  3. 3.

    Spread the kale leaves evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, not too close together.

  4. 4.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 150 °C (convection: 130 °C; gas: level 2) for about 10 minutes, then flip the tray and bake another 12–15 minutes until the leaves become crisp.

    Let the kale chips cool for about 3 minutes before serving.
