Kaki Skyr Trifle

With the Kaki Skyr Trifle from Spoonsparrow, you nourish your body with plenty of beta-carotene, which promotes beautiful skin.

Ingredients

  • 2 Kiwis
  • 50 g pecan kernels
  • 30 g rolled oats (2 tbsp)
  • 15 g almond butter (1 tbsp)
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 50 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 300 g Skyr
  • 0.5 organic orange (zest and juice)

Instructions

    Peel, wash, and slice the kiwis into very thin strips. Chop the pecans and mix with oats, almond butter, 1 tbsp honey, and cinnamon. Grate the chocolate finely.

    Whisk the Skyr with the remaining honey, orange zest, and juice. Fold in the grated chocolate.

    Fill about one-third of a glass with the cream. Divide one-third of the pecan mixture and layer it over the cream. Place one-third of the kiwi strips on top. Layer all ingredients in this way and serve the Kaki Skyr Trifle.
