Ingredients

  • 250 g raspberries
  • 300 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 200 g whole milk
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 Vanilla bean

Instructions

    Clean raspberries, puree and strain through a sieve. Mix yogurt, whole milk, powdered sugar and the seeds of the vanilla bean well.

    Mix half of the cream with raspberry purée. Alternately distribute pink and white cream in 4 glasses. Chill for 1 hour, then serve.
