Ingredients
- 1.2 kg chicken wings
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 2 Garlic cloves
- spring onion strips (for garnish)
Instructions

Rinse the wings, pat dry and arrange them side by side in a shallow dish.

Combine soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, rice wine, and finely chopped garlic; coat the wings well with the mixture.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight) to marinate.

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) with both fan and top heating.

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with remaining marinade.

Serve garnished with spring onion strips.
