Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- 5 spring onions
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp butter
- vegetable broth cube
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 g small shrimp (peeled and cooked)
- ground pepper
- Basil
Instructions

Bring 3-4 l of salted water to a boil in a large pot and cook the spaghetti according to the manufacturer’s instructions until al dente. Drain the finished noodles on a sieve and set aside.

Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into thin rings.

Peel and finely chop the garlic clove.

Heat butter in a pan and sauté the spring onions and garlic. Add vegetable broth, lemon juice, and cream, reducing by half. Add shrimp and warm through. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Toss the spaghetti in the sauce and heat briefly. Shake basil leaves, pat dry, and garnish the pasta with them.
