Ingredients

  • 1 Ciabatta
  • 300 g goat cream cheese
  • 100 g Arugula
  • 4 red bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to grill mode.

    Split the ciabatta horizontally and cut into pieces. Spread the cream cheese on the cut surfaces. Wash, trim, and distribute the arugula over the bread. Wash, halve, trim, and slice the bell peppers into strips. Place them skin-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with oil. Grill for about 5 minutes until the skins blister.

    Remove from oven and spread onto the ciabatta slices. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
