Ingredients
- 1 small watermelon
- 2 pears
- 300 g grapes
- 6 dried apricots
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 500 ml grapefruit juice

Remove a top lid from the watermelon and cut out the flesh. Remove seeds and dice the flesh. Peel, halve, core, and dice the pears.

Wash the grapes and pluck them off the stems. Peel bananas and slice them into rounds. Quarter the apricots. Mix all fruits with lemon juice and powdered sugar, pour grapefruit juice over, and let chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Fill the chilled fruit salad into the watermelon for serving.
