Ingredients

  • 600 ml cold coffee
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 100 ml Baileys
  • 200 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp chocolate syrup

Instructions

    Blend the coffee with the ice, 8 cl Baileys, and a little crushed ice in a shaker, then pour into glasses.

    Mix 100 ml milk with 3 tbsp chocolate syrup and froth with a hand milk frother. In another pot warm the remaining milk with the remaining Baileys and also froth with the milk frother. Distribute the two milk foams over the iced coffee and serve garnished with chocolate syrup.
