- Chocolate and vanilla ice cream (4 scoops each)
- 1 small jar sour cherries
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 200 g whipping cream
- chocolate shavings
- 4 waffle cones

Catch the cherry juice in a small saucepan, add powdered sugar, and gently warm over low heat. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then fill a piping bag with a star tip.

Place one scoop of chocolate and one scoop of vanilla ice cream into a large cup. Drizzle warm cherry sauce over the scoops, pipe whipped cream on top, and decorate with chocolate shavings, a waffle cone, and cherries.
