Ingredients

  • 6 lemons
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 100 g honey
  • crushed ice
  • 4 lemon slices for garnish (unprocessed)

Instructions

    Squeeze the juice of the lemons. Wash the ginger, slice it, and heat with the lemon juice, honey, and 200 ml water without boiling. Let steep for about 10 minutes, then strain through a sieve and allow to cool.

    Fill four lemonade glasses about halfway with crushed ice. Pour the strained liquid over the ice and top up with chilled mineral water, either still or sparkling, as desired.

    Serve garnished with one lemon slice per glass.
