Ingredients
- 300 g blueberries
- 3 packets vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp white rum
- 150 g whipped cream
- 300 g vanilla ice cream
- 30 g chopped pistachios
- 2 sprigs lemon balm

Wash blueberries, pat dry and mix with 2 packets of vanilla sugar and the rum. Cover and refrigerate.

Whip the cream with the remaining vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Arrange blueberries in glasses, add a scoop of ice cream with a spooner, and sprinkle pistachios on top.

Fill a pastry bag with whipped cream and pipe a small dollop into each glass, garnish with lemon balm leaves.
