Ingredients
- 4 Hot Dogs (or Wiener Würstchen)
- 4 Hot Dog buns
- 4 pickles
- 4 tbsp remoulade
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tsp mustard
- 4 tbsp fried onions (ready product)
Instructions

Heat the sausages in a pot with water, but do not boil so they don’t burst. Warm the buns briefly in a preheated oven, then slice them lengthwise. Slice the pickles into rounds.

Spread remoulade on the bun halves and top with pickle slices. Place the hot sausages between the bun halves and spread ketchup and mustard over them. Sprinkle fried onions on top and serve immediately.
