Ingredients
- 4 black olives (pitted)
- 1 slice salami (about 30 g thick)
- 10 cm cucumber
- iceberg lettuce leaf
- 1 tomato
- 1 whole-grain roll
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp chopped mixed herbs (e.g., dill, parsley)
Instructions

Slice the olives and dice the salami into very small cubes. Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half, remove seeds with a spoon and finely dice.

Wash, dry, and shred the lettuce into thin strips.

Wash the tomato and slice it.

Cut off a lid from the roll and hollow out slightly. Mix 1 tbsp of cucumber cubes and salad strips together and fill the roll. Add olives and salami, place tomato slices on top, and cover with the lid.

For the dressing whisk olive oil with vinegar, 50 ml water, salt, and herbs. Toss the salad with it and serve with the roll.
