Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 4 pickles
- 1 white vegetable onion
- 4 bratwurst sausages
- 4 Hot Dog buns
- 4 tbsp medium-hot mustard
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp pre-made crispy onions in rings

Wash the cucumber, cut it lengthwise into halves, deseed and dice. Dice the pickles and peeled onion as well. Score the sausages diagonally and grill each side for about 4 minutes. While grilling, open the buns and toast them on the grill edges.

After grilling, place the sausages in the buns, add a spoonful of mustard and ketchup to each, then sprinkle with crispy onions. Add the vegetables and serve.
