Ingredients

  • 4 dates
  • 2 tbsp sweetened sea buckthorn juice (Reformhaus, health food store)
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 400 ml milk
  • 200 ml milk
  • cinnamon stick (for garnish)
  • cranberries (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel and pit the dates, then blend with sea buckthorn juice, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and 100 ml of milk.

    Heat the remaining milk, add the mixture, and pour into glasses that have been preheated. Froth the whole milk using an espresso machine or whisk, then distribute it over the glasses and decorate with cinnamon sticks and cranberries.
