- 60 g dark milk chocolate
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 300 ml milk
- 2 tbsp semi-stiff whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and add it with the sugar and milk to a pot, heating while stirring.

Whisk in a snowflake whisk; when the chocolate has melted, pour into cups and garnish with cream and chocolate shavings.
