Ingredients
- 800 ml milk
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 100 g dark chocolate (60-70% cacao content)
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 pinch allspice
- 1 pinch Cardamom
- 1 tsp long pepper
- sugar
- 4 Amarettini cookies
Instructions

Heat the milk and cream in a pot, split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds, add the cinnamon stick to the milk.

Break the chocolate into pieces, add it and stir until it melts slowly. Season with allspice and long pepper, adjust sweetness with sugar if needed.

Remove the cinnamon stick and vanilla bean, rinse them, pour the cocoa into cups, garnish each with a cinnamon stick, a piece of vanilla bean, and an Amarettini cookie, serve hot.
