Ingredients
- 800 ml milk
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (adjust to taste)
- 100 g milk chocolate couverture
- 100 g dark chocolate couverture
- 4 tbsp whipping cream
- cocoa powder (for garnish)
Instructions

Heat the milk with the split vanilla bean and sugar.

Grate both chocolates, set aside some milk chocolate shavings for garnish. Stir both chocolates into the vanilla milk and let them melt. Remove from heat and discard the vanilla bean. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top each with whipped cream. Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
