Ingredients
- 2 tbsp brittle
- 250 g white chocolate
- 800 ml milk
- 2 tbsp coffee liqueur
- a pinch ground cardamom
- 120 ml whipping cream
- grated dark chocolate couverture
Instructions

Crush the brittle in a food processor and fill into small bowls. Dip the four large cups (glass if desired) rim into water then into the brittle.

Chop the white chocolate. Bring milk with liqueur and cardamom to boil in a pot. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted.

Pour into cups. Whip cream until creamy and top. Garnish with grated chocolate and serve.
