Honey-Marinated Grilled Chicken

Crispy, savory and slightly sweet, the honey-marinated grilled chicken arrives at the table – simply irresistible!
Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 2 shallots
- 2 oranges
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt (pepper)
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 0.5 bunch tarragon
- 0.5 bunch Parsley

Wash the chicken, pat dry, salt and pepper. Wash herbs, shake dry and finely chop, stuff the chicken with them. Peel shallots and thread them onto a skewer at top and bottom, placing the chicken in between.

For the sauce, squeeze one orange, peel and filet the second. Mix orange juice and orange slices with vinegar, honey, nutmeg, salt and pepper, then coat the chicken. Grill under the oven grill at 220°C for about 35 minutes, basting frequently with the sauce. Let rest 5 minutes in the turned-off oven.
