Ingredients

  • 50 g mixed herbs (e.g., rosemary, thyme, basil, lemon balm, dill, parsley)
  • 200 g coarse sea salt
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

    Wash the herbs, pat dry and remove leaves.

    Finely chop and mix with the salt and lemon zest.

    Spread out and let dry for 2 days. Store in a glass jar.
